Welcome to www.mobileareajobs.com. By using www.mobileareajobs.com, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use. Please review the following terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this site. The term "Mobile Area Jobs", "www.mobileareajobs.com", "us" or "our" refers to www.mobileareajobs.com, the legal owner of the Website. The term "you" refers to the user or viewer of our Website.

Acceptance of Agreement.

Job Posting
Employers, please read the information below and familiarize yourself with our job posting process.

All job ads posted on www.mobileareajobs.com are processed on our main job site www.usareajobs.com. The name "www.usareajobs.com" will be on your credit card or bank statement. The name "www.usareajobs.com" will also be on the receipt that will be emailed to you immediately after payment has been made.

Posting a job ad costs $95 (non-refundable). Only one job ad is allowed per $95 job post. Job ads that contain more than one job will be edited to show just one job.

Job ads posted on www.mobileareajobs.com will be displayed on our Home Page in the "Career Seekers" section as a "Featured Job".

We do not offer any guarantee or assurance that your job ad will receive a response. The $95 job posting fee is to display your job ad on our website for 30 days. We do not refund job ad payments.

All ads posted on www.mobileareajobs.com are subject to verification and may at our discretion be omitted, edited or removed.

In the "Career Seekers" section on the Home Page of www.mobileareajobs.com there will be a button displayed that will either have "View Help Wanted Ads" or "View More Mobile Jobs" written on it. Clicking on either of these buttons will display additional job ads for the Mobile area provided by Indeed.

Employers clicking on one of these job links provided by Indeed will be taken to Indeed's website where a "Post Job" link will be displayed. Job ads posted on Indeed's website will be processed by Indeed, owned by Indeed and will be displayed on their website and not as a "Featured Job" on www.mobileareajobs.com.

Copyright.
The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site is strictly prohibited. You do not acquire ownership rights to any content, document or other materials viewed through the Site. The posting of information or materials on the Site does not constitute a waiver of any right in such information and materials. Some of the content on the site is the copyrighted work of third parties.

Indemnification.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us and our partners, agents, officers, directors, employees, subcontractors, successors, assigns, third party suppliers of information and documents, advertisers, product and service providers, and affiliates (collectively, "Affiliated Parties") harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense related to your violation of this Agreement or use of the Site.

Third-Party Services.
We may allow access to or advertise certain third-party product or service providers ("Merchants") from which you may purchase certain goods or services. You understand that we do not operate or control the products or services offered by Merchants. Merchants are responsible for all aspects of order processing, fulfillment, billing and customer service. We are not a party to the transactions entered into between you and Merchants. You agree that use of or purchase from such Merchants is AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND IS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND BY US, EXPRESSED, IMPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF TITLE, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE WE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN YOU AND MERCHANTS OR FOR ANY INFORMATION APPEARING ON MERCHANT SITES OR ANY OTHER SITE LINKED TO OUR SITE.
